Family Systems Therapy

Individuals, couples and families benefit from the unique perspective and skills of family therapists, whether the presenting concern is related to lifestyle and life-cycle issues, to couple or marital relationships, to children, to blended families, or to a specific disorder (for example, substance abuse, an eating disorder or depression).
Psychotherapy is a process in which you choose to participate, alone or with others, in order to attend to issues in your life that you have decided to address with professional support.
The goal of therapeutic process is change. I cannot guarantee that change will occur. I can guarantee that I will, to the best of my ability, offer my time, clinical skills and professional experience to guide you toward your goals. The process of change will, in many ways, be unique to you and your situation. The process of change begins with identifying what you wish to change and the goals you wish to attain. We will do this together.
As a Clinical Fellow and Approved Supervisor of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT), my practice is regulated according the AAMFT Code of Ethics.
